Download the enrollment form here.
Complete the enrollment form.
Send the form by e-mail to bizdesk@microsoft.com.
Execute Microsoft’s Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Execute Microsoft’s Client Developer Agreement. This is a non-negotiable agreement.
